Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and the efficient management of appointments:

1. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment:           There will be no charge for cancellations made within this timeframe.

2. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours:                                                                           A 50% of treatment price will be charged to the card on file.

3. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment:                                   A full charge of the treatment price will be charged to the card on file.

4. No-shows: In the event that a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full charge of the treatment price will be charged to the card on file.
